The AlumaMark Process

am-homepage2

AlumaMark is anodized aluminum that may be imaged or marked using virtually any CO2 laser. Unique among laserable substrates, AlumaMark allows one to create black, positive marks on silver, gold, bronze or brass backgrounds. The process is simple:

  1. Create artwork using appropriate software
  2. Place or Locate AlumaMark sheet on to the bed of the laser and print.
  3. Shear and/or otherwise fabricate the sheet to create a finished part. Part is now ready for attachment, mounting or assembly.

If you have CO2 laser, you need AlumaMark! It is an on-demand solution that gives you the ability to respond quickly to on-demand, customized and one-of-a-kind type applications that are difficult and expensive to produce using alternate methods and materials. Application areas include Nameplates, Name Badges, Trophy Plates, Plaque and Frame Plates, Plaques & Awards, Diploma Reproductions and Graduation Mementos, Invitations, Custom Signs and more.

Below is a short video that will allow you to view the basic AlumaMark process.  Immediately beneath the video are step-by-step process descriptions.  We invite you to watch and to refer to the steps that follow for additional information.
